EXCELLENT!!! For seven years I was careful with what I ate and exercised 3-5x a week. Id lose half a pound and gain 2, to the point I found myself easily 60+ pounds overweight. Doctors would take blood every year, and every year theyd say I was fine. Theyd tell me exercise more, track my food and eat less. Doctors also told me I was pre-diabetic but not to worry about that! What?!?! My journey with The Wellness Way began in March this year, where since then Dr. Mackenzie and her knowledge have blown the mystery of my weight gain and inability to lose it wide open! For the first time in YEARS I am beginning to feel myself again! I am sleeping better, I have pep in my step, I am beginning to feel healthy AND I have HOPE of being fully well, and thriving very soon! Your health and wellness is an investment not an expense! Dont fall for the trap you have to take a pill to take a pill to take a pill! The Wellness Way is unlike any place I have ever gone! And WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

Dr Mackenzie is one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable people I have ever met. I was tired of the one size fits all treatment because it wasn't working for me. Dr. Mackenzie has a true passion for her patients and there is a spark in her eye everytime she explains what's going on and what the next steps are. I'm healthier and feel better than I have in years in just 6 short months. The entire staff at The Wellness Way are some of the best people you will ever meet. They know you by name and make you feel welcome everytime you walk through the door. If you've ever found yourself asking "Why?" I highly recommend you give these guys a call. You will be amazed at what they can do for you.

SO thankful for this place and Dr Alex! She listens, goes above and beyond in testing, and gives answers to work with. Ive never felt better! Im two weeks postpartum after delivering a healthy baby boy, something we didnt even dream was possible a couple of years ago. I recommend The Wellness Way to everyone!
