Flathead Glass Works

Made an appointment ahead of time to get the tiniest rock chip repaired, the owner was rude the entire time I was there. charged me $50 without ever going over the price, and when I asked why it was that much with it being so tiny, he just said that he was the cheapest in the valley and got super defensive. Yet both places Ive gone to before (one in whitefish) before charged me $15-$20 Totally my fault on not asking the price before they took my car back, but the customer service was awful. Very unpleasant experience & will not go back.

This shop has replaced a couple windshields for my family (one with rain sensing technology). The gentleman at the front has been friendly and knowledgable. The glass in both instances came quickly and everything was extremely reasonably priced IMO.

It was overpriced and very rude. I had one exchange with them on the phone. I called to get a quote, and the man on the phone made it easy to look elsewhere.

The owner was awful on the phone and then again in person. I didn't want to give him my business but he was the only person that could do my rock chip I got this morning and didn't want the freezing temps to make it worse. The employee that did my windshield repair was kind and quick and I feel badly he has to work under a boss like that. I even told him so. I wish I would've gotten his phone number and would hire him for a better wage and certainly treated better. The only reason this company must be in business still is because of their kind hard working employee and the influx of work. Absolutely blown away by the way this person is running his business. (Small business owner myself) Plus was they were fast and cheap and got me in same day and the employee was great. Down side the owner is an absolute jerk.

Very unimpressed. My windshield was redone twice and was badly sealed both times. Wind was howling through the cracks when I would drive. After the second attempt at repair I went to the Glass Doctor instead . The Glass Doctor fixed it perfectly within 45 min. The owner of Flathead Glass Works refused to reimburse me the total cost of the windshield they never actually repaired. I will never go here again. Service: Auto windshield replacement
