Kevin deserves a huge shout out with how much time and effort he put in to fixing my car. He updated us with any new info he found and gave us an honest solution. He also worked on a Sunday to go above and beyond. These guys know their stuff and I appreciate how fast they were able to actually start working on my car. I felt like a priority and not a lot of places make you feel that way anymore.

I was in need of a manifold and turbo replacement on the passenger side of my F-150, as diagnosed by the dealer. They (the dealer) had my truck for 3 weeks to diagnose that issue, then gave me an outrageous quote to replace them. I contacted Rob's for a 2nd quote, and they not only fixed the two that needed replacing, but discovered there was a lot of play on the drivers side too. So they replaced both sides and installed a new battery, and were still almost $2K under the original quote from Ford. Jessica kept me in the loop constantly, and Will explained what he found, and why he suggested replacing both sides, to avoid having to tear it down again when the other side failed, paying for that labor twice. I highly recommend Rob's for all your mechanical needs. Their customer service and communication skills, as well as their mechanical skills, are top notch!
