Placer Subaru

We recently upgraded our Forester to the wilderness edition. I need to say that the team at Pacer really went above and beyond to help us out. There were some things we didn't know about Montana that made our exchange tricky. Becky was wonderful to work with, she stuck her neck out and bent over backwards to help us and we couldn't be more grateful, thank you! Also a big thank you to Crystal and Cory, you guys are really fantastic and we appreciated your hard work and customer service.

Worst customer service! I had my Subaru re-keyed here. Was quoted 800 for 2keys, 600 for 1. I chose 2 keys. They tell me two weeks. Two weeks turned into nearly 10. When all is said and done, i end up with 1 key, not two, they claim to have no record of me wanting two keys, they took the liberty of replacing my battery($212!) and headlight bulbs without asking. When I pick it up girl says of the reason you probably only got one key and they didnt ask about the work is because the tech got fired for being bad at his job. When talking to service department about the other key and extras they did, Mack is nothing but chuckling after every thing said, because apparently this an all a joke to them. Service manager John, says sorry that I misinterpreted what they were going to do.

This is a great Subaru dealership. It is located directly across from their service center and has a beautiful open lobby with a receptionist who greets you right away. Crystal from sales is by far one of the best sales people Ive ever met, she is thorough & easy to work with. The rest of the finance as well as service team also exceeded my expectations . Purchasing a new car is a big deal and this dealership helps the process flow seamlessly, and I asked multiple questions. I have purchased 2 cars through this dealership and both times it was a smooth transition. I highly recommend buying a car from here, as their rates are in line as well as the quality of their vehicles and customer service. You wont be disappointed buying a vehicle here.
