Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana

I had a refund check from BCBS of Montana for $849.32. I was moving from Montana to Texas and the check had expired while establishing a new permanent address. Once I received the check and tried to deposit it in my Montana Bank, I was told it had expired. So I called BCBS of Montana to reissue the check. I had the original check in my hand. This is where it gets pathetic! BCBS of Montana gave me every excuse in the book not to reissue this expired check. It was direct deposited- absolutely no record. Its being reviewed- why? It just expired?. Wrong mailing address-really? All your other info gets here? BASICALLY, BCBS OF MONTANA STOLE $849.32 FROM ME AND WONT RETURN IT! Beware!!!

I have called twice to get benefits for a patient and the first time I was on hold for 25 minutes before I gave up. The second time I have been on hold for 28 minutes and counting. Terrible response time.

The worst customer experiences ever. Continually deny treatments that we pay for. Thousands of dollars a year and you can't get treatment prescribed and authorized by medical professionals. Useless company with useless employees. Why do we pay for coverage when we can't get treated? If any other businesses pulled this garbage they would be out of business.
