HONERED BURLEYS 30 YEAR OLD POLICY; never batted an eye, didn't try to sell me anything; beautiful casket, Service. It was everything he wanted and he was ready to go.

The Retz team helped me and my family with a recent family member's passing and they were so wonderful. They were professional and listened to what we needed and helped us find the best solution for what we could afford. Highly recommend!

Funeral for my Dad. Service and all coordination with the regular staff was great. The problem arose when after all was said and done the family received a bill for the sign language interpreter that was required to accommodate a deaf member of the immediate family. The excuse give was because the service was held off site then that facility is responsible for arranging for the interpreter (no one told this information up front).  If the funeral home knew in advance that someone else should pay that bill that information should have been provided to the family. It was not. When calling and talking the owner about the issue he became extremely rude. Honestly it is not even about the money - it falls on poor coordination of who should be paying and extremely bad customer service on the part of the owner. The rest of the staff were great.
