The General Manager might be the most unkind, unprofessional person and the staff has no clue how to help people. Leaving this bank because of her.

There are multiple layers of gatekeepers and lots of finger pointing in order to avoid the responsibility of providing quality client services. So, if you expect to have competent loan servicing, choose another lender!

Had a good experience with Ken but then when it came to wiring my heloc loan to my personal account I had an absolute horrible experience with Lisa Cramer. She was the rudest person Ive ever talked to at a bank, I even told her I had two more questions but she seems very annoyed to have to help me, no apology or anything. Made me feel like I wanted to just get out of there. I will never use this bank for any other services.
