Nice family owned vintage motel. Very comfortable beds. New air conditioning unit & good water pressure. Few blocks off the main strip. Stayed longer than expected. Walkability: 10 minute walk from Amtrak station

Wonderful service. Literally anything I asked for the front desk immediately served to my room. Very friendly and understanding. Laundry on site. My dog even had an accident in the bed and they helped me change the linen and consoled me when I was very upset . 10/10 would recommend.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while exploring Havre as a potential place to live. The manager/owner (Sarah) was delightfully friendly during check in and answered many questions that I had about Havre. It was a pleasure to talk with her. Room had a comfortable bed, table with chairs, couch, and an accent chair. Nothing fancy, but all around a functional room close to the Amtrak station and the downtown area. A couple of hospitality shortcomings were: Microwave was dirty and smelled accordingly, trash can had old popcorn and minor filth in general below the clear plastic liner bag, cat litter or some other small rocks were embedded in the bathroom rug, and every drawer was dirty. These are minor issues that I cleaned up myself, and have learned to expect when choosing Accomodations below $100/night. No big deal. Functional shortcomings were a shower curtain that was about 8 inches too long so literally lies flat on the shower floor during a shower, and a dripping bathroom sink. Having said that, the price is right for this motel, the staff is wonderful, and its very quiet (as advertised). I will definitely stay here again and recommend it. Rooms: Basic, no frills, with a comfortable bed. Quiet. Nearby activities: Havre Underground tour, The Atrium Mall, Gary and Leos Fresh Foods. Walkability: Three blocks from the Amtrak station. Close to downtown that has several good restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries. Nice town to walk around.
