Room service here is an absolute disappointment. Im on my 3rd week here and you have to request room service everyday and when they do they dont change your bedding, no toiletries replacements. I even had an instance where I left a small grocery bag inside the trash and instead of them removing it they placed a new bag and put the small bag back inside the trash can. Two rooms in the hallway also smell bad and they are using towels under the door.

Clean comfortable room. Quiet part of town and excellent check-in friendly service. Would stay here again.

This is the most disgusting place! Pubic hair all over the floor urine all over the toilet and floor, the sink, floor and bedding all filthy.. never vacuumed. The shower was freezing cold and the heat completely shut off at 2 am when I woke up it was 53 in the room. I was double charged & contacted them twice with no resolution. Reading all the comments, they double charged alot of customers & have a bedbug infestation..

Poor service. Dirty hotel. Creamers were spoiled. Had to clean shower head because of calcium build up sprayed everywhere. Got charged extra night without authorization.
