It really depends on when you go as to if you're gonna have a good experience or not. They are understaffed so I understand it might be slow when both lines are packed and the inside restaurant has a line out the door. I just went there today at around 7:30ish and was the only car there. The lady over the mic seemed like she just hated the fact she there and like I was bothering her. The lady at the first window was a bit better but not by much. We get to the 2nd window to get our food and the lady whom was working the window didn't smile or even give me a quick "yup!". Nothing. At all. We get home look in the bag and we're missing a burger and had an extra fry. Being the only car in the whole drive thru and only 3 people in the restaurant, I figured it wouldn't be such a burden to order food from a restaurant. Definitely had better experiences here, but lately I expect waiting, no courtesy, and no entire order.

This place is an all time favorite, when you just want some greasy fast food . I dont think Ive ever been so disappointed and disgusted with a fast food restaurant in my entire life . I order the same thing all the time. A Big Mac meal with a coke. The fries were old tasting and the burger omg the pickles were on the outside of the bun and it had so much Big Mac sauce it was gross. The bun felt like it had been sitting for a few weeks, it was so hard and dried out. The people that work there are ok I guess when it comes to customer service, what was really disappointing is the behavior and attitude of the managers. I only go there to get my pups their ice cream cones . I would rather eat anywhere else than there ever again.The app sucks nothing is hot all the food is cold when you get it and the managers want to argue all the time.

Now more than once, there has been no attention to detail. Calling is useless. The fries were limp and cold, like not old...actually cold. No dipping sauce for the nuggets and the burger completely wrong. Lesson learned...after the 6th chance, I won't waste my money here. It's clear that they don't care and corporate just writes you off as well.
