Hit a deer with my tacoma 40 miles east of Hardin. Totally wrecked my car. Talon picked us up within 45 minutes of calling and gave us a ride all the way to our hotel in Billings. Me and my 2 friends (all 19 year old college kids passing through from CO) were totally freaked out and didnt have a clue how to handle the situation. Talon made good conversation the whole way and helped me calm down about my truck, gave tips about insurance and how these types of things usually play out, and told me about the area. We wouldve been pretty easy to scam but he helped us out, could not recommend any more

I needed a tow, called at like 8 am, called back to verify about it around 1pm, told me i had one in front of me, they never came to get me or gave me a call

Our van broke down in Lodgegrass, MT. There were no services and trying to find a tow was tough. A service was finally dispatched to us and it was Talon. 1:30 am he arrived and was ready to help us, got the car loaded up, got us in the truck and headed to Lyle Auto Repair. During the drive he was easy to talk to and just simply put us at ease. He took us to our hotel, and let us know if we needed anything in the morning to call him. Not being from Montana, unfamiliar with the area, and breaking down was extremely stressfulI hope we never experience that ever again, but it is wonderful to know there are good, kind and helpful people out there and I only hope if you ever need a tow! Talon is the man to call. You will not be disappointed. We are forever grateful. Service: Car towing

I was in a rollover car wreck yesterday where I should have died from the damage that was done to the vehicle (Thank God I only have scrapes and bruises!). Hanser's was called and when I got there the next day after a crazy day of finding a vehicle Talon had all of my belongings (including those that had either broken off the vehicle or and flown out) collected. All valuables, and I mean ones I even forgot about, were there. He was extremely accommodating and met me at my convenience to pick up my belongings. He also helped me find a place to stay in town for the night. The service here has been nothing but absolutely stellar. 0/10 would wreck again but if I did I 10/10 would want to wreck here again.
