Our closing took place and the funds were stated to be distributed the same day via wire for another closing the following day
This didn’t happen without 3 phone calls
The taxes were to be paid on our behalf and it is now 5 weeks after the closing and the taxes are due in 4 days and they have not been paid yet, even though they claim to walk the documents to the county office daily
The county confirmed they have less than 1/2 day back log which was one excuse offered instead of just checking the records and admitting they are sitting on our money for 5 weeks before paying the tax bill.
Very frustrating to never get a straight answer and I have never gotten a return call from a message left
