Kathleen was a great help in closing our transaction. It was a long distance transaction and I was only able to see the home briefly prior to purchase. Kathleen handled all of the inspections and coordinated the closing efficiently and with out too much time on my part. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Kathleen is truly one of a kind, both professionally and as the friend she has become. She worked hard to find a property for me to build my dream home on, showing her commitment to her clients. I am grateful for her assistance with the sale of my other home. She advised and directed me through items that my selling realtor had dropped the ball on. Without her going the extra mile, that sale would not have gone smoothly and my dream could easily have come crashing down.
