We have been working with Vinda and Michele for the several months. We have found them to be very professional in every aspect. They have done an exceptional job in providing stellar service in marketing our home. They have guided us in navigating this process with their long and extensive real-estate past. These are trying times in this current market. They used that knowledge to advocate for selling our home in everyway. This past knowledge has allowed them to think outside the box with potential home buyers. One of the most, in my estimation, was centered around coming up with a plan that involved selling the area not just the house. I Have been working with Vinda and Michelle on the sell of our home. They both are the most experienced Lady in the Real Estate industry that I have ever met. They both go over and beyond and are always in contact with you with weekly updates. I have never once been able not to get in touch with either on of these Lady's. They are always there for you. My wife and I have been clients of Vinda's for quite a few years. We were originally looking for a vacation home and Vinda found a condo for us that was just right. She even helped us set it up as a vacation rental for when we were away.
Our next purchase became a nightmare of ineptness because the banker we were trying to work with was more interested in golf than our financing. Fortunately Vinda was on our side and she continually called the banker and got him to do his job.
A few years ago we told Vinda it was time for us to retire. She found a nice place on a quiet lane in the woods. She made it look easy.
It would be hard to find anyone with more local knowledge and experience than Vinda Millis. She listens and helps you find the place you want.

Selling a house can be traumatic, especially when one has lived there for a long time. Such was the case when my elderly mom found she could no longer live alone in her home. Because the property was filled with memories, mementos and the obvious evidence of a lot of physical work through the years, the decision to sell was a very difficult one.
From the outset Vinda understood the emotions involved and was absolutely considerate of them. Never pushy, definitely not egotistical or disdainful, Vinda made you feel comfortable and that you were the one in total control of the decisions made. We quickly came to rely on her obvious knowledge and experience. When dealing with others, Vinda always handled herself with professionalism and fairness. We gained not just an ally but a friend.
