I rented back in October 2023 and worked with with Heather J. She was very kind and easy to work with. She helped me through every step. Since then Ive recommended multiple people to go through them and I know they do their best every time.
Ive had one maintenance issue and it was quickly fixed. No questions asked.
When I was considering bringing my cows over, they helped with that as well although I did not bring them they found a pasture for me to rent just in case. Overall great experience very helpful and I highly recommend RPM!

My fiance and I paid the initial filing fee for the two of us which was $80.00. Was later told the place we filed for was pulled off the market due to the owners retaking the property. I was taken back by what happened but further proceeded with moving the application to another rental they had just put on their website. I didn't hear back for a few days until I called up and inquired on the property. I was told someone put a deposit down and was going to be occupied. I moved the application between two town homes that are on their website. Prices are quite steep and the information on the website was conflicting to what staff had explained to me when we did a walk through in one of them and they didn't have access to the other so we couldn't do a walk-through of the other. I had brought up the issue with the square footage being the same on the website but explained both are different with one being smaller than the other. It has been a week since whoever was supposed to get back to me about the square footage and nothing has transpired. I have given up on this management company because they don't seem to want tenants that bad. Communication is something they should work on.
