Catalyst Physical Therapy is the absolute BEST in the Bitterroot Valley! I had shoulder surgery and went for therapy at two other locations, but was not impressed. I went to Catalyst and was blown away from day one; Rebekah and Kristi are phenomenal! It is a pleasure to witness their knowledge, experience, dedication, and enthusiasm. Rebekah even requested my MRI results and surgery notes. I am now pain-free, and has just about my full range of motion back in a few short weeks. The key is to follow their instructions and do the exercises at home. Do yourself a favor and call Angie to make an appointment.

I have been a patient at Catalyst PT off and on for the past couple of years after different surgeries and injuries to help me recover more quickly. Since there's been so much going on with me I've had the pleasure of having Rebekah, Amy and Kristi as my therapists. Each one has done a great job of getting me back to my best possible self by personalizing exercises that work for me and my particular needs. Couldn't do it without my A-Team! I have had an amazing experience with Catalyst. They were not only able to get me in their schedule within 24 hours of calling, but Rebekah knew right away what needed to be done to get me on my healing journey. After only one visit in the books, and I was able to get relief and use the tools Rebekah taught me to manage my relief from neck pain thus far. All my appoitments have demonstrated professionalism, and personability. Would highly recommend!
