Gotta tell you, Scott Edman at Farmers Insurance in Hamilton is pretty amazing!! My house had a flood while I was out of town for work and he has been great! I thought Id be leaving a voicemail at 7am on Wednesday, but he answered!!! He has made phone calls and kept me informed. This isnt a great situation, but he has made it so much easier and understandable!! Thanks, Scott!!!

Left multiple messages for Scott and he never returned my call. He eventually emailed me a quote, but it wasn't even for the insurance we originally discussed. The quote was also based on incorrect information, as he never returned my calls and asked about my truck, my house or the fact I haven't been married in 2 years. He did not seem interested in getting my business.

Willing to take an extra step for you is just part of how they take care of daily business you can expect to be greeted and treated with both dignity and respect as a long standing provider for the bitterrot they know how to treat a customer or a walk in and that's very well! Leaving you feeling relieved when done with there always kind service.
