        My wife's phone would not make or receive calls. A massage said it had restrictions. When I called the help number it sent me to select wireless. Global got it reset to work.right.

        Global wireless has been awesome so far, we went in to get a service plan and switch our phone number to their network and ended up having a long delay and lots of problems from the old service provider getting the number switched over. Joe and Levi worked on the issue for a couple hours until we were able to get the number transferred and get service on their network. Great customer service!

        Went to get a phone and tablet for my husband through ACP. Instead, they cancelled my tablet and gave me the phone. I don't need a phone. I need the tablet for school. Don't know what to do now
