        Impossible to simply talk to a human at my local branch. Worst service by any business not even close.

        Sign on the door says 9am, Ive been here since 8:30 to get in, at 9 Stephanie comes to the door and says they open at 9:30 and that Id have to make an appt to even deal with anyone. Bank literally has 5 people working, no one here, and they cant help one customer. Freaking ridiculous.

        While traveling, we found need to transfer funds into another account. We didnt have checks with us but a super customer service rep, Gladys, was very patient & helpful. USBank always provides great service imo
