We just had work on our truck completed here. Everyone was so friendly, and knowledgeable. The mechanic who worked on the truck found one little other thing that could use fixing while he was into it, and called and asked if we wanted to fix it while the truck was apart. We chose to go ahead and do that, too. When we got there to pay for it, the mechanic who worked on the truck greeted us and spent a good 10 minutes explaining what all he had seen under there, both good, and potential later problems, to my husband, and discussing things my husband could even do himself to make the truck better. As we were paying, the receptionist told us to make sure we let them know if we had any concerns. I was impressed all the way across the board with the encounter, from start, to finish. Its been a long time since Ive experienced that kind of service from a shop. I especially liked how they called and gave us the option to fix the other thing, or not, instead of just going ahead and doing it, like many of the other shops Ive gone to have done, and how the mechanic was just so genuinely friendly and willing to talk truck stuff with my husband. We will definitely be back to have work done here again.

We were looking for a new place in town to have our car worked on and happened to drive by Hamilton Automotive Repair. We decided to give them a try and found that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Our car had multiple problems and they fixed them all, quickly and at a very fair price. This place was a pleasure to work with and that started with Mariya at the desk. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, organized, communicative and friendly. She kept us updated with the quotes and progress as the multiple problems with the car were fixed. And the car is in great shape now thanks to everyone involved at the shop. They get our highest recommendation and thanks. When we need help again in the future, Hamilton Automotive is where we will go.

Took our FJ there several times.
Once for quoted work that was not all done. quoted changing drive train fluids and wasnt done but also not charged for.
On pickup:
Once the hood was left unlatched.
Once the coil wire wasnt pushed on all the way.
Once it was put in 4 wheel low range no need to even do that for the work that was done.
We try to have our work done locally and even by smaller places but enough was enough. Have gone to another repair shop and am happy with the new place.

This place was great. They took our vehicle the same day we called and put our broken hatch window up as far as they could until the part came in. They noticed we had a nail in one of our tires and dropped the vehicle off at Tire O Rama for us. Now, that's excellent customers service. They will be our go to auto repair shop!!! Thank you to the staff at Hamilton Automotive Repair.
