Unfortunately, two no shows for scheduled appointments, with no calls or explanation caused me to find a different company after 15 years. Was told by technician he would do the cleaning on the follow up visit cause of a needed part. Got billed for the cleaning even after he said he didn't do it. Shame what happened to this company.

Dan is very patient, flexible, and understanding in cancelling and rescheduling my appts. Travis was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional in fixing my furnace. I can look forward to winter now a little bit more than usual with a warm home. Also, the fact that they were willing to bill me was super convenient and appreciated for an unexpected home repair. God Bless All Valley Heating! They are so great and we go to them for all our heating needs. Last year they installed a new furnace and did it in a very timely fashion. When our hot water heater went down I knew just who to call. Anthony did a fantastic job as always and was very professional and really kind.
