Don't even think about it, move on trust me, life is too short. This is what you have to look forward to, slow internet sometimes none at all, long hold times on the phone, I mean loooooong, nothing being resolved ( resetting your modum over and over and over is not a fix) I mean nothing. Try to close your account over the phone, impossible ,oh they will take your money over the phone without verifying who you are, they will ad service at an extra charge with out verifying who you are but try to close an account and it's a different department with very strict rules and when you have given over your first born and think your getting somewhere they cut you off and you have to call back only to start all over again with someone from India after being on another 35min wait....total brain damage... cut off again. They just wear you down. 0 stars if I could.

Since they had come by, have noticed other cable men come by to fix other residence hook up. The cable guy musta improperly connected and included other residence.
