We hired Paul/American Roofing last summer to re-side our house and replace windows in our enclosed front porch. Our little place is 110 years old and patching bad siding and touching up paint just wasnt cutting it anymore. Paul gave us an estimate for the siding and windows and included all new gutters and downspouts that we felt was very reasonable. He told me before he started that he anticipated the need to replace three areas of flat roofing and his estimate for that work also was quite reasonable. The only snag we had was that the siding company promised to deliver the siding in six weeks and then took 17 weeks to deliver. No ones fault but the siding company. In the mean time Paul did as much prep work as possible and when the siding arrived his team put in long days and got the job done even on really cold days. Our home is beautiful and looks like new construction rather than a 110 year old house. Drive by and take a look at 1100 4th Ave N. He maintained the appearance of our house and the era it was built but it is all brand new and maintenance free. We are very pleased with the results and will hire Paul/American Roofing again one day for some future projects.
