Sharon was a true pleasure to work with on the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home. She responded quickly in an environment of buying and selling that demanded quick response times. She was super flexible in working around our schedules for showings and was in our corner 100% when it came to negotiating and pushing for what was best for us through both processes. When it came to inspection repairs on the house we were selling, she jumped right in and made things happen which was a great relief to us as we both work full time and it was challenging trying to call contractors and be at the house during the work day. She made sure someone was there and worked with multiple vendors to help us get the best pricing for repairs as well. I would recommend Sharon for the selling or buying of your next home. She is fantastic!

My wife and I decided to sell our Riverview house in fall of 2020, we lived there for 19 years. Sharon was my familys absolute shining star! Sharon was able to find us an affordable home in an amazing neighborhood, near a park, and school within walking distance! She didnt try to over sell a house; she asked for my preferences and she pulled through! Thanks a bunch, and Ill be calling when Im ready for my cabin!
