Phones don't get answered, return calls are never made, letters and forms are not mailed when they claim to be. Best results are made by going there in person so can't be put on a technological hold. Even then however you're likely to get a "we will call you ASAP or we mailed you that form 3 weeks ago" (which you magically will get the form a few days after calling their bluff), or the old "were very busy" line. I don't doubt they are busy but the repercussions of that should not fall on the clients. If you're in a situation where dealing with them is necessary, do yourself a favor and be very patient and document every interaction you have with them; as far as time&date as well as subject matter and outcome.

I can't even give them one star, this is horrific how these attorneys represent their clients, I'm just so sad for our justice system because there is no justice here. I'm not a perfect person by far, however , I have been harassed by the law n judicial system all my life . Yes , I brought alot of it on myself . People grow up and learn from their mistakes but continue to be judged for adolescent behaviors .

I have tried calling this place and left a message each time I did and I still havent got a call back. Ive been trying to get ahold of my lawyer and havent talked to her on the phone for the past 6 months.
