I have known Cindi for quite some time,I have had many friends rent from her and all turned out well. She recently took care of an issue I had with a person on a contract for deed. Within 3 days she turned things around. She doesn't play well with others if she's put in that position. And as a felon she's never held it against me. I find AHPM very professional.

Cindy called my landlord to check rental history and references and ask him if he knew I was a felon.. of course he knows that.. what if he didn't would I have lost the place I stay I came to them to find me a place not call the place I stay and make sure I'm being honest the funny part is she knew because I told her I was a felon an why would I tell her and not my current landlord..she works against her own client's like I'm black Cindy not a liar ..she was then rude to my lady when she called to ask her about volunteering personal information that we entrusted with her. She was only suppose to ask him how long I live there what type of tenant I am and everything like that.. not call my landlord and ask him why he rented to a felon ...
