        We went into Staples in Great Falls today and we were helped by Amanda. She couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We needed a LOT of documents scanned and ran into a few problems. She was more than accommodating to help us through our challenges.

        Very rude service in the electronics department! Carrie talks to me as if I know nothing.... I know enough.... Bought a 1.5 hp laptop, she replaced it with a 1.3 saying that the 1.3 now costs as much as the 1.5 did.... Not my problem. I hung in there and went back to get my virus protection updated... They uninstalled apps that I wanted and added apps that I did not.... Never again..... Never

        Had what I needed. I waited around for some minutes before I realized nobody was going to assist me. You have to go to the checkout, wait in line, ask for assistance, then wait 5 more minutes before anyone comes around to assist you. So, they have a good variety of products but their customer service is lacking.
