I have been a customer at national laundry for several years. I take my comforters there to be laundered on a regular basis. Everything seemed pretty good until recently when my comforters were coming back, still dirty, and worst of all with other peoples parts and pieces of their blankets and hairs on my blankets. I inquired and found that they wash several blankets together. I have attempted to call the laundry manager and he refuses to return my phone calls so that I can make my complaint. I know for a fact that not all places wash several customers items together. This is totally unacceptable that my items come back looking worse for wear then when I took them in. I do not want to see other peoples stuff on my blankets. I paid good money only to get back dirty blankets! I will definitely no longer be a customer of national laundry.
