Rooms were nice and clean. Free breakfast was really good selection.

Our home away from home when visiting my son attending school in Great Falls. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. The hotel has always been spotlessly clean, including guest common areas and our rooms. Walkability: Right on the river trail.

I just called to put my husbands name on a reservation- was interrupted by I believe a stressed out front desk agent, on the phone to be told - in the middle of my explanation- what do you need? I have a person in line in front of me - technically he was here first, I have 3 windows open (computerReference?)! I said - therefore making me less important?! No, no she said I said I will call back (if youre lucky, and I dont go elsewhere) because pretentious sounding or not this platinum level elite customer does not appreciate that my window of time to call and do this while I am out of town, interferes with your crisis situation because of short staffing, or some type of mismanagement. The one thing I know for sure is whether youre in Great Falls, Montana or New York City service people use the same appropriate language and say - Maam,!may I put you on hold as I have a line in front of me and a number of people on hold! Simple, professional and I dont go Down 10th Ave., to the Hilton Garden Inn! Dee Cochrane
