We contacted the Harp agency to guide us through the maze of choosing supplemental insurance to our Medicare four years ago. They were thorough in their explanations and made the process painless. They are available and quickly respond during the year when we have questions. Each year at renewal time they meet with us and look at all options for the coming year. We like the fact they don't just assume the same choices are the best for us in the coming year, but weigh the choices with us. Recently, they spent a tremendous amount of time rectifying an issue we had with coverage at a pharmacy. It has been resolved because of their diligence. Highly recommend.

Harp Insurance Agency is great!. They are not only very knowledgeable but are always willing to help with any problems or questions I might have with my policy. I appreciate being able to always receive a quick, friendly response from them!
