My husband called and they immediately answered the phone. He went and bought a new washer and dryer under ten minutes. Sales rep wasnt pushy or rude. They got him onto the schedule for delivery the same exact day in just a few hours. Installation was professional. Had ZERO problems. Total life saver. Our dryer broke last night and we were in a pickle. We checked Home Depot first and would have waited over a month and a half for a dryer. I would recommend this company to anybody!!!!!

Eklund 's sales personnel was really helpful, but when we went to the warehouse they had us pull under a rain fall we got wet getting out of the truck then our washer and dryer in the box got wet.they would let us pull up to a dry area and the employee was rude and didn't care if we got wet or our washer and dryer got wet.and when we got the dryer out it had some dents on it and the washer had water in it ,called to complain and they said they will have some one to call me back and never did.
