My kids love this place . It's clean and safe but you need to know when to arrive in order to get all of the time you pay for. The play time is based on colored wrist bands which expire on the hour, every hour rather than the amount of time you pay for. Not knowing this, we arrived at 12:25pm, paid for two hours and were told that time's up at 2pm when our wrist bands expired. Had we arrived after 12:30pm we could have stayed until 3pm for the same price.
