Ken and Virginia did an excellent job on cleaning stairs in the house we moved into. There were pet stains and poop on the landing of the stairs. They were very thorough and conscientious. Ken has also been so helpful in dealing with a water issue at the house. Our basement had a flood and they cleaned up afterwards. The water issue is still ongoing and Ken has checked up often and been so helpful. We hope to get the problem solved soon, but it has nothing to do with Ken. He is just helping us manage it until it can be repaired. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Services: General carpet cleaning, Pet stain & odor removal

They came and cleaned our house, but they are not respectful of personal property. I have found multiple items broken or damaged beyond repair. Its inexcusable. And the cleaning product they use has left a flim over everything's clean. I am going to have to go througho and release everything in my house.
