        The Sundowner Inn is quaint, small and clean with comfortable beds and hot water. It's not a Marriott... and it seems like it may have been built decades ago but everything looks as though it has been renovated. Very nice employees, too. If you've never stayed in Forsyth- the trains are working through the night and wee-hours of the AM...and aren't shy about that horn. If you're a light sleeper pick up earplugs in the office.

        Showed up at 1230 am after a bad freezing rain storm and they answered the door. Super friendly staff, very helpful. The beds were comfy. They have a continental breakfast and clean rooms. I would recommend this motel to anyone needing a good night's sleep that's passing through or stuck for a day or two after a winter storm as I was.

        I have stayed here so many times and always forget to review. I love this motel! The staff is always amazing and welcoming. They have a cute breakfast in the morning, and they really take care of the place. Towels bad sheets are always spotless. The bathroom is always clean! They stock up the little mini coffee pot and have the cutest soaps. The mini fridge is always clean inside. The beds are comfortable and the heat and a/c run smoothly. Whenever I am passing through this is my go to place to rest for the night. Also they are pet friendly! Small charge extra for a cat or a dog. I absolutely love this place and the people who work here! Safety: Very safe place to stay.
