I am not a client of Muffler Alley and after getting the run around by many of the other exhaust places in the valley, Glen took the time to explain and thoroughly go over every detail about what may or may not be needed to be done to my vehicle. I was astounded by his professionalism and detailed information. After the phone call, I was left with more information I had to make the best decision for my vehicle.
