These guys were great. Easy to get ahold of, fast service, helpful knowledgeable staff. Could not be happier. Give them a try for all your towing and recovery needs.

I was a female in the dark, cold and in a remote area. The driver was kind, considerate and very professional. Highly recommend!

My Experience
I am a 25 year customer with AAA. I have been a Helena Resident for over 15 years, and during that time, have regularly used MT City Towing for my AAA service calls when it was needed, under mike, the previous owner. Sadly, since Mike sold the company to this new owner, they have rapidly been less than useful and confrontational. A few short years ago, I had a AAA referral to them for my F250 battery needing a jump start. MT City Towing literally sends a small car with a battery-pack booster, and NO JUMPER CABLES. The boosters are for small cars with ONE battery, not a big pickup truck that starts with TWO large batteries...especially one that was completely drained due to a child leaving a light on. They failed on that job. When they left, I called my neighbor to bring jumper cables, and I had it running within seconds. Jumper Cables worked. I called AAA and informed them they did not successfully jumpstart my vehicle. Were they going to scam and try to get payment still? I do not know this fact. Anyways, for the last few years since that event, I am still using AAA, I have had normal tow requests for mechanical failure, batteries, or whatever life throws my way, and each AAA call to this company has been rejected. MT City Towing is literally the ONLY AAA authorized tow company in the area for over 50 miles from Helena. AAA Rep once told me specifically, Montana City Towing do not wish to do business with me anymore. Why would they reject me as a customer? Because they failed a customer and sent a puddle-jumper to boost a manly truck for a battery jump? Were they still trying to charge AAA for their failed jump attempt? Why is any of this somehow MY fault? They failed me, and my entire family gets blackballed and inconvenienced? MT City Towing literally waits for the hour to expire then rejects my service request, causing AAA to find another company in the network to satisfy the tow request, which is usually from Garrison, or Drummond, or even Boulder, which are at least an hour or more away. That means we as "Premium" AAA customers, wait 3 lousy hours for their petty actions and lousy customer service. Please know, I love my community, but I hate bullies doing this bullying tactic to honest customers, or to our neighbors. Each time they do this, it delays my service request for over an hour on top of their hour of timing out he clock, before they refer to another company, and the next referral usually is a 2 hour additional wait, thus defeating the purpose of AAA fast 1 hour tows. This one today is re-dispatched from Drummond, and hour away from my location. Until they make this right, I will forever keep this negative review up and also will send a complaint each time they reject me to AAA. To me, at this point, Montana City Towing should NOT be brandishing the AAA logo on their vehicles.
