        Business failed to honor written estimate. Due to many trees on my properties I had inquired whether the gutters would be closed to prevent leaf build-up and was told yes. After they were installed the price doubled that was estimated. Rick the owner stated the inflated price was due to his addition of "gutter guards" which I had understood were included in the estimate made by his wife and partner who had visited the home. Rick was extremely rude on the phone, took no responsibility for the inflated price and threatened collection agency. Since I am leaving town tomorrow for 4 months I am reluctantly paying the inflated price. I do not recommend this business to future customers.
