Our car broke down right outside of butte on the way back from a road trip, called them and they were there to pick us up in about 30 minutes. Tow truck driver was amazing, dont remember his name but he made that whole experience way better. The only reason this isnt a five star is because I asked them to diagnose the car, and the lady I called said that all they did was turn the key and decide engine was blown so they werent going to charge me the $125 to diagnose. Well they ended up charging me that $125 to spin the key a couple times and I was not told any error codes or anything specific that couldve happened.

Service advertise 24/7 when I called at 7am to get a tow the guy didnt want to originally cause he had a big car pile up to deal with the night before and when I told him what mechanic I wanted it taken to he was even more opt to make me wait till later I had to convince him I wanted to at least drop it off Id get a hold of the shop when they open at 8am.(driver didnt show up until ten mins after 8 so I waited 50 mins give or take ) all this just tow my car less then a mile from super 8 down the street to American car care center I used a 50% discount coupon from a friend and the tow still cost me 100$ for me to have it towed 6 blocks down Harrison. the other tow service only charge 125 for in town tow so i think my driver ripped me off unless GTR (gilboys)truly charges 200$ for in town tow which would be outrageous. The actual tow hooking up was relatively quick thats why i bothered giving two stars but overall customer service was lacking and prices are the most expensive compared to the other companies I would recommend any other tow service before this one cause itll cost an arm and leg for sub par services
