        East side storage units have water flowing through them in the winter/spring. I had an inch of ice on the ground with water actively flowing through my unit. Storage should be a place where your belongings stay SAFE from environmental damage such as this. Ensure that you have insurance on your unit but more specifically FLOOD insurance. I did not have flood insurance added and was out hundreds of dollars due to damage incurred by the water in my unit. Your contract specifically states that the storage facility is not liable for any damage. Very frustrating due to lack of protection from the unit itself.
