        I called at the end of the day and they weren't taking any more clients. But I explained that I had been neglecting my dog's toenails for the past few months as I prepared for a big move from out of state. I explained that my 80-lb dog's feet slid out from under him the night before due to too long of toenails, and how it looked as though his shoulders could have easily slipped out of joint on this 11 year old greyhound. They got me right in. I really appreciated that. Tremendously so. Thank you for awesome customer service. I'll be back.

        Rayne always does a great job with my baby! And he is a hyper puppy so it's not an easy job I'm sure. He always looks cute, and when we have picked him up we've seen employees interacting with him and playing with him which made us feel good!
