I had the great pleasure if working with Jennifer to buy a house AND sell a house in Butte. She listened well, respected our budget (when showing houses) and was a wealth of information regarding the town. We felt well cared for throughout the buying process - with the added challenges on one person being out of state for the closing, and COVID protections. Our selling experience highlighted Jennifer's tenacity, patience and advocacy. We a buyer under contract, we discovered that the property boundaries encroached on county land. This required 7 months of dialogue with the county, a surveyor, and contractual communication with the buyer, which Jennifer supported with patience and grace. We successfully closed this week (remotely from three different states) and each step of the way, Jennifer has been responsive, informative and highly effective! I think Jennifer's greatest power is her listening and truly caring about her clients (and the town) to get the buying/selling done "right!" From mansion to starter fixer-upper, I strongly recommend Jennifer Jollie for your property needs.
