        Booked the room here because they said they had 2 hot tubs. WRONG!!! One hot tub one cold tub then was lied to by evening clerk and heater was not working in our room as snow was falling. They did get it fix for us. Day clerk told us that because we did not belong to their rewards club there was nothing they will do to make this stay RIGHT. That has to be the best sales pitch to NOT join the club! Wow will not stay here for sure again and maybe not this brand again? Not a big club person.

        Hallways and room smelled super musty, bathroom dont even have a counter or mirror and are really tiny. Coffee in lunch room was done by 7 am. Staying here should be ur last resort as far as Im concerned.
