Buyer beware! If you sign a paper for that will charge your card for incidentals you might find charges for anything! This DaysInn in Butte charged me for damaged towels saying the were urine stained but could not provide me with any proof or send me the towels after charging my debit card $50! They said they couldnt get the stains out. What a SCAM! Any towel worth $50 you cant get stains out arent worth $50. So buyer if you are ever charged for damaged towels make sure they give you the towels you paid for!

The staff especially Cash Johnson was horrible to work with. He demanded to see my service animals paperwork even after he was informed it was illegal. He then argued until I informed him that I am a Wyndham employee. He was very confrontational and threatened me. I was over charged 93.35 which makes no sense since I used rewards points and no fees or taxes are supposed to be taken out. Still waiting on Luke the manager to call me back and refund the charges.
