        First of all let me say I am a very picky and demanding person. I am so thankful for Patti. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating and helpful. She is willing to communicate and make sure things are done to your liking. I had a jacket embroidered for my dad. I didn't exactly know what I wanted I just had an idea. She helped me it figure out. My dad was very pleased with the end results. Thank you so much for all your time and effort.
