Toad Hall Manor was absolutely delightful. If you're looking for a reasonably priced traditional BnB that actually serves breakfast, this is THE place in Butte to go. The hospitality was unbelievable, and the place was so clean. UPDATE: This comment was intended for the original owners.

Beautiful place, with fabulous service and a wonderful breakfast. The host, Sonya, was very warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Butte.

We stayed here one night in september. Although the room was a little bit small, which was compensated by the terrace and the common houseroom, we had a great time in Manor Hall. The house is great and Sonia is a great host who made is in the morning a wonderful breakfast.

In January 2023 I made a reservation for September 2023. Apparently since I made my reservation, the inn has been sold to new management. I never received an email mentioning any change in management or any change in rates. I discovered these changes when I received my credit card bill. In July they used my credit card on file to bill me for my upcoming reservation. This would have been fine except I never received an email receipt when the charge was made and the amount charged was higher than my confirmed reservation. I contacted Toad Hall and was told they would not honor the price from my reservation. I found this surprising, and to be honest, a very poor business practice. I cancelled the reservation. After I wrote a truthful review on TripAdvisor, the owners sent me an email telling me I was childish and that I should be humble and a better example to women..once again, very unprofessional customer service.
