I asked for a gold blonde But instead left with a reddish brown! & cut off more hair than I would've liked! Still had to pay for something I didn't want at all!!

Smart style is a great place. I booked an appointment easily. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I have curly hair that many stylists butcher. Not Michele, she did an amazing job. I highly recommend her and I will return.

I called to ask a simple question and this lady was VERY RUDE. She was quick to cut me off, and hung up on me in the middle of talking. TERRIBLE customer service.
