Horrible. Girlfriend bought a 2009 Subaru Outback from these people. They assured her it was good, we didn’t know what to look for. Drive to red lodge 3 days after we bought it, started a severe wobble, on the way to town, for diagnosis, the next day, the wheel fell apart and disengaged. Their mechanics are horrible, said we must’ve been “rallying” it. Turns out they screwed up installation of a bearing. A week later, 10 days after purchase, head gasket blew. Don’t buy from them. Father is a cheat, son is a friendlier bersion of sire.

I live out of town and purchased a car for my daughter to go to college. Collin said that he would trust his own child driving it to college 12 hours from home which is what my daughter is doing. Three days after buying I have $1500 in repairs part of which is two broken engine mounts. Being from out of town meant I couldn’t have a mechanic check the car over. A mistake I will not make again. I will either buy local or from a reputable out of state dealer. Very disappointed.

My experience with EZ Auto and Colin Albee was just fine, however my experience with the company they use for their auto loans and extended warranties, Credit Acceptance/Superior Protection Plan, engages in highly fraudulent and predatory practices! After making timely payments for 2 years (a total of $7,559.78 so far, and still owe $7,409.29 due to the very high interest rate on this vehicle valued at a little more than $10k), and keeping up on regularly scheduled and as needed maintenance and repair, the check engine light came on and started blinking in my 2009 Dodge Journey . I immediately pulled over and called my insurance company for roadside assistance and had it towed to Billion Auto Group for a diagnosis. Long story short, the engine repair/replacement will cost between $6114 and $7449 (depending on used or refurbished engine) even though the mechanic was SURE my car would be covered under my extended warranty, my claim was denied. WHY was it DENIED? Because I had a window decal on my rear window!!!!! They said that meant I was using my vehicle for "business or commercial use", which cancels my contract! This vehicle was my personal vehicle. I had personal auto insurance on it and it was never registered as a commercial vehicle nor used as one. Now, keep in mind that every single car on EZ Auto's lot has a temporary license plate advertising their own dealership and many still sport the original dealership's logo somewhere on the rear, to the left of the license plate. Using the logic of Credit Acceptance/ Superior Protection Plan, this means every single vehicle that EZ Auto finances through this corrupt company is in violation of their contract the moment it drives off their lot!
