So far so good, Ive had worse land lord companys. Maintenance requests are easy and are acted on quickly, however app and website could be easier to use.

They responded in a timely manner to most maintenance requests, but the move out fees were astonishing. Upon move out, we paid $800 for professional house and carpet cleaning, but we were still charged $500 of our deposit for things like furnace filter replacement and lightbulb replacement. I've never not gotten my full deposit back in all my years as a renter. This is a shame, especially as they manage houses in some of the lower income areas of Bozeman. I noticed they listed our old place for $300 more than what we were paying.

Great property management company! They are very communicative when it comes to inspections and maintenance requests. Jessica does a great job at answering any questions you may have.
