Dino Drop-In Learning Center

I am giving the Dino Drop a lower rate due to specific issues within the team. Some individuals on the team are not qualified to care for young children and have shown aggressive behavior toward them. Additionally, they have been disrespectful towards the families during communication. As a result, the children have expressed their discomfort and lack of desire to attend the Dino Drop drop-in.

My daughter has been going to Dino drop in since she was 14 months old, shes 3 and a half now and still goes weekly! Weve enjoyed watching her grown and learn within Dino!

I love this place! They are always helpful and friendly! I feel like my child is safe and well cared for whenever shes here. Miss Jaimie Tharp is her favorite!

If I could leave 0 stars I would! I will NEVER be leaving my child here again! While watching the cameras and checking on my child I saw my daughter crawl up to an employee and the employee completely disregarded my child. I watched children run around my child like she wasnt even there. I was completely shocked when seeing this and immediately got an awful feeling and felt so guilty leaving my child here. When I went and picked her up the employees didnt even know which diaper bag was hers. We payed for the day ahead of time and I ended up picking my daughter up 4 hours early. When I asked about our payment and that we payed longer then the time she was there for they said I couldnt get any refund and they keep my money which was a wasted $55! Not only did they never change my child while she was there nobody noticed she had peed through her clothes completely. I am so unimpressed and will NEVER bring my child here again. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never recommend anyone here again!

My daughter keeps asking, When am I going back to Dino?Wish I had put her in multiple Camps at Dino this Summer. She is having a blast!
