Great experience with TLC pumping out our residential septic system. Quick turn around from initial call to appointment, the driver called on the way over and did a great job. He answered all of my questions regarding the state of our system and completed the job quickly. Combine all of that with the fact that their price was lower than other companies I called (and available weeks to months earlier) it was a no-brainer.

We have an emergency septic problem. We spoke to Trisha at TLC and she assured us they would come out. We had to wait a day. The day of the appointment we called they confirmed and then they cancelled with without offering to reschedule. NOT PROFESSIONAL -- this is not the company unless you have time to mess around with a septic tank issue. Wish I could do zero stars.

We had an appt to have our septic tank pumped and they cancelled on us an hour prior to our appt. They could not reschedule us for another 2 weeks. We already dug up our walkway where our lid is to be ready for them. I will never recommend this company to anyone nor will I use them in the future. Poor incompetent service

We had a few services from TLC when we purchased our home and shortly thereafter for the sceptic system. A total of two services had been provided and paid for to TLC between 2017 and 2018. We were selling our house and needed to perform an inspection and a cleaning as agreed to between the seller and us. Our Agent called TLC and gave them our address and let TLC know they had serviced our sceptic previously and requested estimates for the inspection and cleaning. She was told $225 for the inspection which was what we were covering. We agreed to it and the Agent was told that we needed to call ahead of time with a credit card to pre-pay for the inspection. My wife called and gave them our credit card number but no prepayment was ever charged on it. A service technician came and serviced the sceptic to include the inspection and cleaning. Days later I checked my credit card and saw a charge for $675 instead of $225. My wife was then able to pull the "paid invoice" they sent her after the service and running the charge. I called TLC the next day and spoke to the same person who gave our Agent the quote and she said, "I should have asked if it was a 1500 gallon tank or looked up the account but assumed it was a 1000 gallon tank and quoted her for a 1000 gallon tank, but the charge is correct." I then told her about the two floats they replaced without authorization and charged. She responded that, "well most people selling need to get the problem fixed so we went ahead and fixed the problem." I asked to speak to an owner and she said they weren't available but she would speak to them and call me back. I wanted them to take accountability and responsibility for charging the extra $100 without notice, and then an additional $350 without authorization or any discussion whatsoever. Over a week went by and they never called me back. I called back and said that since they had failed to call me back, I would challenge the unauthorized charges with my CC company and I did. An hour or so later, I received a call back from the lady that answered the phone, and she said, "the owner said that it happened and that's that so we can come back and replace the new floats with old ones and then refund you." So a Gallatin Co. business thinks that little of the community that instead of trying to have an adult conversation with a customer, she would rather respond with a passive aggresive solution to the problem instead of attempting a minimal amount of customer service. I told them it was the weakest, most aggressive, and unacceptable response to what they did and ended the call. The challenge of the charge with my CC was only about 2 weeks ago and they had not reached out yet to discuss in detail the unauthorized aspect of the transaction. However, I did receive a call from my Agent that after we closed and moved outside of the US, that TLC called the new home owner and informed them that they will be putting a lien on their house. I challenged $450 of unauthorized charges, and they decided to call the new owners and threaten with a lien. They never even attempted to call me back. No accountability, no responsibility, no attempt to resolve in a professional manner, no call-backs, no decency. In this current economy, they think it's okay to make unauthorized charges to a customer's CC and then fail to take responsibility for their actions. Absolutely not acceptable and not the way to treat hard working Bozeman/Belgrade residents. RESPONSE TO OWNER My Agent called and received the initial estimate, not the Buyer's, she has the call log as PROOF. We paid for a float and the BUYER'S AGENT credited ($175) for the other float, I have the settlement as PROOF. TLC sent the invoice AFTER running the charge through the card and NEVER called or asked permission for the repairs. I disputed the $450 BEFORE we closed on the house and one week AFTER I called TLC which NEVER called back to resolve. I was forced to CANCEL my dispute and TLC's merchant account would have received a CREDIT for $450. I have the dispute letter from Chase as PROOF.
